My core roles are coaching, facilitation and supervision. I am a Master's graduate in Coaching and Behavioural Change and have a professional certificate of advanced study in coaching supervision. With 20 years’ experience as a leader, I have worked in positions across large complex organisations such as clinical and social care commissioning agencies, Health Care Trusts, Local Authorities and the charity sector.

 

My life experience is drawn from having grown up in South Africa, spending time in North America and living in the UK. Through constant exploration of my external and internal landscapes, I have become committed to an evolving journey of discovery. It has been brought into sharp focus by the living experiences of Covid-19, climate emergency, racism and the politics of power and privilege. It has heightened my passion for connection and engagement. Engagement in particular, with the discomfort of living with impermanence and disruption. These are times for pauses, for reflections and a honing of discernment; all this lies at the core of my practice.

  

My focus is on generative listening, growing self agency and joining you in finding your own direction and take the first steps to change.

 

My work is with senior clinicians, executives and managers at all levels. I  am well practised in facilitating boards and senior teams to reach common ground, develop strategies  and improve performance. All my work is underpinned by extensive organisational knowledge and experience and, a strong value base of equity and fairness.

I am an active member of the Association for Coaching, the Association of Coaching Supervisors and the Climate Coaching Alliance. Most importantly, I enjoy a healthy and full family life.
